IMPORTANT NOTICE

Applicants, who have sent the registration form on June 12, are kindly requested to resent it as some registration faxes may have been lost because of fax malfunction. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

 

Registration Form

Please fill in the enclosed registration form (also available in Word Format) and send it by fax to +39 091 484072 or by email to sebd2008@pa.icar.cnr.it.

The registration fee comprises:

Receipts will be issued at the registration desk during the conference. Participants requesting invoices should fill in the specific section in the registration form.

Author Registration

Authors of accepted papers are requested to pay one registration for each accepted paper, by June 3, 2008.
Please send an email to sebd2008@pa.icar.cnr.it with your paper ID, the registration form and a copy of the bank transfer.

Student Registration

Student registration is available to those providing a letter on headed note-paper from their University signed by their Head of Department/School confirming that they are a student on a program of research. The document should be faxed or e-mailed together with the registration form.

Payment Method

Accepted payment methods are:

  1. By bank transfer;
  2. On-site, by credit card or ATM (preferred);
  3. On-site, by cash (only if credit card and ATM are not available).

The registration fee has to be paid by bank transfer to:

In all cases, the registration form must be filled out and transmitted by fax to +39 091 484072 or by email to sebd2008@pa.icar.cnr.it. In the case of bank transfers, a proof of the payment should be also sent.
