The total due should reach the conference organisers net of all bank charges which are the responsibility of the sender. Please indicate "Registration to SEBD 2001 Symposium of … (name, surname, affiliation) " as motive of the payment. The registration fee can also be paid cash at the Symposium. In any case, for organising reasons, you are kindly requested to fill and send this form by marking the desired form of payment. A receipt will be delivered at the Symposium. Please note that we cannot accept payment by credit card.
