Hotel accommodation has been organised in the historical centre of Venice in three star hotels and in guestrooms (renovated venetian Palazzi and monasteries). Those wishing to book hotel accommodation are kindly requested to complete the reservation form and return it to NEXA enclosing their credit card details in order to guarantee reservation. Please indicate your requirements as soon as possible and, in any case, by the deadline of May 20th, 2001. After that date, accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Due to the particular characteristics of Venice, hotels are rather small, the number of single rooms is limited and double rooms are therefore used as single rooms. The indicative rate for a double room in a three star hotel is Lit. 300.000 (about Euro 155) and in guestrooms is Lit. 180.000 (about Euro 93). Rate for a single room (30 single rooms are available in guestrooms) is Lit. 130.000 (about Euro 67). All prices include breakfast and taxes. You will be given the name of your hotel and the exact price of your room as soon as you register. In general a "first come-first served" rule will be applied. Please send your request using the reservation form which can be directly filled-in by computer and is available in two formats: PDF (click here) and Microsoft Word 97 (click here). Payment will be made directly at the hotel. Please note that cancellation of guaranteed reservation must be made 5 days prior to the date of arrival otherwise the cost of one night will be charged.
